Affiliate Links

I use a ♢ symbol to indicate an affiliate link. These help support my free legal access projects: WebLaws.org and OregonLaws.org. Each time a visitor clicks one and makes a purchase, I earn a small amount.

I only create affiliate links to things which I personally use and recommend such as:

  • Linode virtual servers — Fast, easy to manage, with optional automatic backups. I run about 15 Rails and WordPress apps, including OregonLaws.org, on a “1536″ server in Dallas, Texas for central geographical coverage.
  • Harvest time tracking — The best invoicing and time tracking system I’ve found. Web-based, with great iPhone and Mac apps. I have the $12/month solo plan, and it is easily worth the price. I use it to track non-billable things too, like time spent studying for the bar.

Drop me a line if you have any questions.
